BF Bodyworks Inc. works for you NOT the insurance companies. We have noticed over time that many people feel their insurance company is the authority in understanding how to repair vehicles. This is not the case. We feel it is important to inform you that your insurance company does not repair vehicles. BF Bodyworks Inc. and our competitors repair vehicles.
Many times after an accident an insurance company will recommend that your vehicle be taken to one of their “Approved” repair facilities. They tell you that they ‘can better monitor the repairs’ or ‘guarantee the quality’. What it actually means is the repair facility has “Agreed” to the standards that have been handed to them by that insurance company and it is far less expensive for them to have it repaired there. This is not in your best interest.
Understand, we are very concerned about cost effective ways of repairing vehicles. We are more concerned about Quality repairs and Customer Satisfaction.
Please, Choose your own repair shop. It is best to talk to friends or relatives who have had an accident. Find out what their opinions have been. The important thing is to choose a repair shop that you are comfortable with. Like most of us, Insurance companies are in business to MAKE MONEY. If they are deciding where you should have your car repaired, this should concern you.
We work closely with several insurance companies to help our customers have a more seamless claim experience. However, BF Bodyworks Inc. will always decide what is best for your vehicle and NOT what is cheaper for the insurance company.
